Privacy Policy, auto Culture Racing
Effective date: 9 August 2026
Auto Culture Racing is provided by Ashley Drury, trading as Auto Culture
Society. This policy explains how the game handles information.
The short version
Auto Culture Racing has no advertising, analytics, tracking, developer account
system or developer operated server. Race progress, settings, cars, upgrades,
coins, achievements and best times are stored on your device.
The game uses Apple services for its one time in app purchase and optional Game
Center features. Apple handles those services under Apple's own privacy policy.
Information stored on your device
The game stores the following locally so it can work:
• game progress, medals, coins, cars and upgrades;
• local achievements and best times;
• control, visual, audio, accessibility and haptic preferences; and
• the player name and avatar you choose inside the game.
This information is not sent to Auto Culture Society. You can remove it by
using the in game reset option or deleting the app. A reset does not remove a
full game purchase entitlement held by Apple.
In app purchase
Auto Culture Racing offers one non consumable purchase, Full Game. Payment is
processed by Apple through StoreKit. Auto Culture Society does not receive your
full payment card or bank details.
The app reads Apple's verified transaction and entitlement information to
unlock or restore the purchase. This information is used only for app
functionality, is not used for tracking, and is not linked by Auto Culture
Society to a developer account or advertising profile.
Game Center
Game Center is optional and is operated by Apple. If you sign in to Game Center,
the game may submit race times to its leaderboards and completed achievements to
your Game Center profile. Auto Culture Society does not operate a separate
player account or server and does not receive your Game Center credentials.
You can manage Game Center in your device settings.
Data sharing and tracking
Auto Culture Society does not sell personal data, share it for advertising, or
track you across other companies' apps or websites. The game contains no
third party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Children
The game does not ask for a date of birth and does not operate an account or
social messaging system. Parents and guardians can manage purchases and Game
Center through Apple's device and family settings.
Changes
This policy may be updated if the game's data practices or features change. The
current version will remain available at the privacy policy URL linked from the
App Store and the game.
