The app is designed to operate primarily on your device.

3. Data collection

4. Data stored on your device

Depending on how you use the app, Auto Culture Society Car Hub may store the following locally on your device:

favourite tools or content

imported images where supported

temporary processing files needed for saving, editing, viewing, or export

This information remains under your control on your device.

5. Photo library and file access

If you choose to use import, save, or export features, the app may request access to your device photo library or files in order to support features such as:

importing vehicle images

saving exported content

opening files

sharing app-generated files

storing vehicle-related reference images

This data is processed and stored on your device only. It is not transmitted to Auto Culture Society.

You can disable access at any time in your device settings.

6. Device permissions

Auto Culture Society Car Hub may request access to the following device features in order to function:

Photo Library to import or save vehicle images and app content

Files access where needed for opening, saving, or exporting content

Camera if vehicle image capture features are supported in future versions

Notifications if reminders, alerts, updates, events, or ownership prompts are introduced in future versions

Location if map, event, garage, route, or location-based features are introduced in future versions

These permissions are used only to provide app functionality on your device. Auto Culture Society does not access this content remotely.

7. Analytics and tracking

Auto Culture Society Car Hub does not use third-party advertising trackers.

Auto Culture Society Car Hub does not track you across apps or websites.

Auto Culture Society Car Hub does not sell data to advertisers or data brokers.

If analytics, diagnostics, advertising, or tracking features are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are introduced.

8. In-app purchases and payments

If the app offers in-app purchases, subscriptions, premium tools, paid content, or digital products, payment processing is handled by Apple, not by Auto Culture Society.

We do not receive your full payment card details or banking information.

We may receive limited information from Apple necessary to confirm purchase status, such as whether a purchase or subscription is active, but we do not receive your private financial details.

You can remove content at any time by:

deleting saved vehicle information within the app

deleting notes, files, images, or exports from your device

uninstalling the app

removing app data through your device settings where applicable

11. Children’s privacy

Auto Culture Society Car Hub is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Security

Because your content is stored on your device, the security of that data depends in part on your own device security, including:

device passcode or biometric protection

Apple ID security

local backup settings

cloud backup settings you choose to use

We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using strong device security settings.

13. Third-party services

Auto Culture Society Car Hub may allow you to export, open, save, or share files using third-party services or apps available on your device, such as Apple Photos, Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, Messages, email, or other supported services.

18. Soundtrack and media

Where the app includes original music, sounds, audio, visual content, or media produced by Auto Culture Society, such content remains the property of Auto Culture Society or the relevant rights holder.

All original in-app music, audio, artwork, and media are provided for use within the app only unless otherwise stated.
