Auto Culture Society Colourlab respects your privacy.

This app is designed so that your colouring content, saved artwork, settings, and related materials are stored locally on your device. Auto Culture Society does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share your personal data through the app.

2. What Auto Culture Society Colourlab does

Auto Culture Society Colourlab is a digital colouring book app that allows users to colour illustrations, save completed artwork, export images, and create digital creative content.

The app is designed to operate primarily on device.

3. Data collection

Auto Culture Society Colourlab does not collect personal data on our servers.

We do not receive, access, or store:

  • your colouring artwork

  • your saved images

  • your imported reference images

  • your exported files

  • your in app creative content

  • your notes or annotations

  • your contacts

  • your messages

  • your payment card details

Any content you create in the app is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export, back up, or share it yourself using services available on your own device, such as iCloud, Files, AirDrop, Photos, or other third party apps.

4. Data stored on your device

Depending on how you use the app, Auto Culture Society Colourlab may store the following locally on your device:

  • saved colouring artwork

  • completed or in progress illustrations

  • imported images where supported

  • user settings and preferences

  • selected colour palettes

  • brush or tool settings

  • exported images or files

  • temporary processing files needed for editing or export

This information remains under your control on your device.

5. Photo library and file access

If you choose to use import, save, or export features, the app may request access to your device photo library or files in order to support features such as:

  • importing images or colouring content

  • saving completed artwork

  • exporting images

  • sharing content through supported apps or services

This data is processed and stored on your device only. It is not transmitted to Auto Culture Society.

You can disable access at any time in your device settings.

6. Device permissions

Auto Culture Society Colourlab may request access to the following device features in order to function:

  • Photo Library to import or save artwork and images

  • Files access where needed for opening, saving, or exporting content

  • Camera if image capture features are supported in future versions

  • Notifications if reminders, updates, or app alerts are introduced in future versions

These permissions are used only to provide app functionality on your device. Auto Culture Society does not access this content remotely.

7. Analytics and tracking

Auto Culture Society Colourlab does not use third party advertising trackers.

Auto Culture Society Colourlab does not track you across apps or websites.

Auto Culture Society Colourlab does not sell data to advertisers or data brokers.

If this changes in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are introduced.

8. In app purchases and payments

If the app offers in app purchases or subscriptions, payment processing is handled by Apple, not by Auto Culture Society.

We do not receive your full payment card details or banking information.

We may receive limited information from Apple necessary to confirm purchase status, such as whether a purchase or subscription is active, but we do not receive your private financial details.

9. Data sharing

Auto Culture Society does not share your personal data because we do not collect it through Auto Culture Society Colourlab.

Any sharing of artwork, images, exports, or related files happens only if you choose to export or share content yourself using your device or third party services.

Because Auto Culture Society Colourlab stores data locally on your device, retention is controlled by you.

You can remove content at any time by:

  • deleting artwork or files within the app

  • deleting exported files from your device

  • uninstalling the app

  • removing app data through your device settings where applicable

11. Children’s privacy

Auto Culture Society Colourlab is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Security

Because your content is stored on your device, the security of that data depends in part on your own device security, including:

  • device passcode or biometric protection

  • Apple ID security

  • local backups or cloud backup settings you choose to use

We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using strong device security settings.

13. Third party services

Auto Culture Society Colourlab may allow you to export or share files using third party services or apps available on your device, such as Apple Photos, Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, Messages, or email.

Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

14. Your rights

As Auto Culture Society Colourlab does not collect or store your personal data on our systems, there is generally no server side account data for us to access, correct, or erase.

You remain in control of your data on your own device.
